Event Horizon Holdings manages the real-estate and property assets behind the 13 South network — land and buildings across multiple Mississippi communities supporting both long-term business operations and motion-picture production. Some properties function as offices. Some provide storage or operational infrastructure. Some convert directly into production locations. And some exist simply because controlling physical space creates options that can't be secured on short notice or last-minute rental.

Land, buildings, facilities, production-use property, and long-term assets — Event Horizon owns that side of the business. It isn't the most visible part of filmmaking, but controlling the ground beneath an operation has solved more than a few production problems before they started.
