13 South Productions is a motion picture production company based in Mississippi. It develops and produces feature films, television and documentary work, and it is the operating center of the Twin City Gang, a group of affiliated companies built to carry a project from concept through delivery.

That distinction matters. Most production companies pass the physical work through to third parties. 13 South does not. Through its affiliates, the organization holds the disciplines a production actually needs in house: armory and weapons safety, practical effects, camera and lighting, picture cars, security and logistics, set construction. Development, physical production, specialty services, legal and business infrastructure, post, marketing and delivery are coordinated by one office.

The company was built by people who came to film from unusual places, and it operates the way those backgrounds taught it to: quietly, carefully, and with the intention of finishing what it starts. It works with studios, networks, independent producers and agencies on productions in Mississippi and across the Southeast, and takes projects nationally and internationally when the work requires it.
